Portrait Session with B.

I finally managed to upload these photos we took with Bára a while ago. The process of creation was quite different from what I mostly get to do and it was really great. I always appreciate when I get to work with someone who lets me capture something like a tiny insight to their inner self. It usually takes some time for the subject to feel comfortable or simply realize that there's no need to pretend anything. And for me to choose a highlight of what I want others to see. And then hope they will. Because when they do, it's all worth it.

J & A: Rustical Wedding

I guess photos of this big day are ones of my favorite of the season. The wedding was all set up in a place that seems a little bit like in the middle of nowhere - which is always a good idea. You could see the colours of autumn everywhere.
One of my favorite moments of each wedding is when a couple, who says that they don't know what to do when being photographed, starts to act completely natural. They both just... are. And realize what just have happened. And maybe try to practise their first dance in the woods.

T & J & R: At Home Family Session

Trudy asked me to take a few shots of her, her son Jack and also her dad Roberto who came to visit. I was excited by the idea of shooting three generations together, because that's always kind of special.  What I like about home sessions is how chill they are, no pressure to do anything or look a certain way. Just enjoy the time with your loved ones.  And if you can also dance in the rain, nothing is best!
